Access & reuse
AMIRA publishes descriptions of the material that the research projects of the Africa Multiple Cluster of Excellence work with. The material itself is usually kept elsewhere, and the research teams decide whether and how it can be shared.
Want the material a record describes? Access & contact explains what a record shows, who to ask for the material and how to report a mistake in a description.
Want to reuse the descriptions? You may copy, adapt and republish them for any purpose without asking, because they are dedicated to the public domain under CC0 1.0. Linked open data explains how to retrieve them in RDF, a machine-readable format, one record at a time or all at once in a single download.
CC0 covers the descriptions only. The material, and the images, files, full texts and transcripts shown with a record, remain under their own terms.
